Breeze is another popular area in the City of Pittsburgh that has become very popular and
increased in demand over the last few years. Point Breeze is in close proximity to both the
amenities of Squirrel Hill North and Shadyside; however, Point Breeze also has a quaint
entertainment section on Reynolds Street.

Point Breeze continues to gain popularity as it features many great homes without as
high of a price tag as Squirrel Hill North & Shadyside. Although, it may not be as
walkable to entertainment as Shadyside or Squirrel Hill, it is still very close. Point
Breeze also backs up to Frick Park which many residents enjoy walking to.
